The purpose of the technical audit is to collect, compile, analyze and evaluate information, submit advice, check for compliance of the activity with the legislation as well as to cross check available pricing from the vendors with market indicatives
The Technical Audit includes
- Verification of available documents “as built” documentation regarding the Object
- Analysis of the conditions of engineering systems and making a list of defects
- Verification of metering devices / systems
- Checking for compliance of documents with legal requirements and other regulatory acts
- Energy cost estimate
- Making recommendations for correcting detected errors, drawing up reports
- Drawing up a plan for improving production activities
The Technical audit consists of
- TDD inspection
- TDD report
- Analysis of Act of acceptance of premise provided by Landlord technical team
- Check on the correspondence of premise description in Act of Acceptance and actual conditions of the premise
- Fixation of defects in the report form to discuss with the Landlord technical team
- Advice on signing of Act of Acceptance of the premise with the comments for Landlord tech team
